Tangerine Strawberry Sorbet

TangerineStrawberrySorbetMost participants in our Metabolic Boot Camp and Spring Cleanse retreats have trouble with sugar.  Here is a sugar free dessert recipe sure to please.  Of course you need a good blender. We recommend a Vitamix, but any high-powered one will do the trick as well:

2 organic tangerines2 cups organic strawberries2 Tbsp coconut milk NOT sweetened1 tsp vanilla2 tsp cinnamon1 cup ice

Peel the tangerines and add strawberries, coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon and ice to blender (in order).  Start with a low blend and then to high for 30 seconds. Serve immediately in a martini glass!
